Security updates install by themselves. A machine reboots at its hour when an update needs it, and every week on its weekday. The hours are kept apart so both are never down together. While the other machine cannot be reached a reboot waits and Reboot both does nothing.

Rate-the-app popupThe phone's own "rate this app" popup comes at the first of: 3rd call tapped, 10th app open, 5th notification that opened the app. The counters then start over for one more try. After two tries it never comes again unless the app is reinstalled. The app only asks the phone to show the popup, the phone decides whether it does and holds it back when it has been shown recently or too often.
App list speedThe list refreshes every 2 seconds while the app is open. Widget updates are pushed and follow a change within seconds, up to a minute when two changes for the same phone come within one minute, the server sends at most one widget push per phone per minute. A widget wrong for more than 5 minutes while the app is right is a fault, report it.
Follow question after a callAfter a call from the app to an agent the customer does not follow, the app asks "Få notis nästa gång <namn> är ledig?" after the 1st, 5th and 10th call to that agent, never after that, and never for an agent already followed. Ja saves a one-time follow. The question is not asked offline, it then waits for the next call.
Deletes all phones, widget tokens, follows, sent notifications, icon number log, call taps, erase log, profile views and the tray behind the icon numbers. Keeps patterns, status history, roster memory, import marker and backups. Phones and follows come back at the next app open on each phone, the widget follows.
For testing the app. While the hold is on, the server gives no answer to the app's taps on Få notis, Avboka notis, Avboka alla notiser, Testa notis and Radera mina uppgifter. Nothing is saved or deleted, and the app shows its "Försök igen." bubble after 5 seconds. The hold ends by itself after 10 minutes, or on a second tap. The agent list keeps updating throughout.
